Product Designer & Engineer

Behind the work (03)

I bring clarity to complex products. From the first question to the final interaction, I design around the people who use them.

01

Understand the problem.
Then make it simple.

Research, workflows, and real-world constraints shape the experience. Every screen should help someone take their next step with confidence.

02

Care for the detail.
Consider the whole.

Thoughtful interactions and scalable design systems bring consistency to complex products, across roles, screens, and platforms.

03

Stay close to the work.
All the way to launch.

I work alongside product and engineering, connecting early ideas to the small decisions that make a finished product feel right.

Dashboard Design

(2026)

Energy data is loud - kilowatts, sources, costs, thousands of readings a day. But the first question is always simple: are we making more than we’re using?

So I built the whole dashboard around two numbers - Production and Consumption - and let everything else answer what comes next. Frosted white panels, calm blues and greens, charts that breathe, nothing louder than it needs to be.

Product & UX strategy

(01)

Every good interface starts with the right question. I dig into who’s using it, what they’re trying to get done and where they get stuck, then shape that into flows, wireframes and prototypes we can test before a single pixel is polished.

  • User research & discovery
  • Journey mapping
  • Jobs-to-be-done
  • Design sprints
  • Wireframes & prototypes
  • Usability testing

UI & interaction design

(02)

I design for the hard stuff: real-time dashboards, data-dense screens, compliance flows and control panels where one wrong click matters. My job is to make that complexity feel calm, clear on every screen size and accessible to everyone.

  • Dashboards & data visualisation
  • KYC & compliance flows
  • IoT control interfaces
  • Responsive & adaptive design
  • Accessibility (WCAG 2.2)
  • Generative UI

Design systems

(03)

I build systems teams actually use, from tokens and custom icons to libraries of 150+ components, so products stay consistent across web and mobile and developers ship faster with fewer surprises.

  • Component libraries
  • Design tokens
  • Custom iconography
  • Figma variants & auto layout
  • Multi-platform consistency

Collaboration & delivery

(04)

With a degree in software engineering, I speak both design and code. I work in agile teams alongside product, engineering and stakeholders: planning sprints, presenting ideas clearly and handing off designs that get built the way they were meant to.

  • Agile / Scrum
  • Sprint planning
  • Developer handoff
  • Stakeholder presentations
  • Cross-functional teams

Industries I know

(05)

Four-plus years across products where the stakes are real: buildings that must stay safe, money that must stay compliant, identities that must be verified and health data that must be trusted.

  • IoT & smart buildings
  • Fintech & compliance
  • Identity verification (KYC/AML)
  • Low-code platforms
  • B2B SaaS
  • ERP systems
  • Healthcare
  • e-Commerce

Tools & AI workflow

(06)

Figma is home base, with FigJam and Miro for workshops, ProtoPie for high-fidelity prototypes and Zeroheight for documentation. Jira, Linear and Notion keep delivery moving, and Maze helps me test with real users. AI tools like Claude, Cursor and Gemini speed up research synthesis, ideation and iteration; the judgement stays human.

How I work (05)

  1. 01

    Listen

Interviews, the workflows already in place, and the constraints nobody wrote down. The work starts with what people actually do.

    Interviews · Workflows · Constraints
  2. 02

    Frame

A vague ask becomes a sharp problem, with a measure of success agreed on before anyone opens a design tool.

    Scope · Success measures
  3. 03

    Shape

Sketches, then wireframes, then something clickable. It goes in front of someone while it is still cheap to change.

    Sketches · Prototypes · Testing
  4. 04

    Systemise

One screen becomes a pattern, and patterns become a system that holds together across roles, screens, and platforms.

    Components · Tokens · Documentation
  5. 05

    Ship

Alongside product and engineering through build and QA, down to the small decisions that make it feel finished.
